The Hi-Jacker 2.0 also features BoonDockers TPS Smart for the ultimate in boost control. TPS Smart maps turbo boost to throttle position so that the quantity of boost is directly relative to throttle position, for example if max boost is set at 10psi at 50% throttle the machine will produce 5psi of boost. With TPS Smart the rider has absolute control over boost unlike typical turbo applications where the turbo has a runaway characteristic where it is possible to achieve max boost without full throttle. With precise control over boost using the throttle the rider has much more control over the machine, this control is especially useful in riding situations like trail cornering or boondocking where the rider must constantly modulate the throttle to control acceleration. For lake speed runs TPS Smart allows riders to run at max horsepower while using the throttle to modulate boost without completely closing the throttle.

The EZ Jacker easily plugs in to factory connectors to make performance enhancing electronic boost and fuel adjustments. The electronics are housed in a compact waterproof metal enclosure that is a similar size to a credit card. The EZ Jacker is also equipped with a handlebar mounted rapid response button that when pressed at low turbo boost conditions causes boost to increase faster leading to quicker acceleration. CONTROL BOX
Back in the day we used to do modifications to our machines and change carburetor jetting to dial in the fuel. When the new fuel injected machines came out we knew those days were over and we had to figure out how to tune the fueling before we could do any other modifications. So we developed the Control Box, this electronic modules plugs into the stock fuel system and makes changes based on the settings selected on the module. By being able to precisely control the fueling on any modern fuel injected machine we have opened the door to any form of modification that requires different fuel tuning. The Control Box has the ability to both add and subtract fuel without the use of a laptop. Some Control Boxes are equipped with 3D Tuning that allows users to control fuel based on rpms, boost and throttle position.
Control Boxes are available for turbo, nitrous and naturally aspirated applications.
E-KEY - Progressive Timing Modules
BoonDocker’s new line of electronic timing adjusters allow for a simple plug-in timing adjustment. Timing remains unchanged at low rpms and timing retards progressively as rpm’s rise towards max rpm. By retarding ignition timing the E-Key is able to effectively reduce the chance of detonation so the engine can run more boost, compression or at a lower elevation on the same or lower octane fuel. E-Key’s are available for Arctic Cat and Polaris machines and are available in 1, 2 or 3 degree timing adjustments.
