Boondocker now offers a muffler for the Polaris Turbo kit. This muffler will exit out the front of the sled preventing it from being plugged in deep snow conditions. Mufflers are ceramic-coated for heat resistance and a great finished look.

M-7/800 Turbo Throttle Body Ring Update

Boondocker has updated the Throttle body rings on the M-7/800 Turbo Kits. The new rings are a 1/4" longer and have a lip machined on them to differentiate from the old style rings to the new style rings. This longer ring will push the air box further forward giving you more clearance from the bulk head. Some sleds with the old throttle body rings would not let the air box push on the the rings fully causing a boost leak. If you have the old style rings contact your place of purchase for a free upgrade.

The Yamaha Nytro is all new for the 2008 Model year. Combine Yamaha's legendary performance with a Boondocker mid-mount turbo and its going to leave its mark in the snowmobile industry.

Boondocker is building a mid-mount turbo that will be mounted directly behind the engine giving you the shortest header possible for instant throttle response and spool up. The Nytro turbo kit will include a high capacity fuel tank containing an extra 2 gallons of fuel. This high capacity fuel tank fits all Nytro models and works with the stock exhaust system for you non turbo guys looking for higher fuel capacity.

Gauge Pod Brackets

Universal gauge pod brackets fit M-series sleds, Polaris Raw and IQ chassis, and Ski-doo chassis. Gauge pod has three 2" holes that can be opened up to fix 2 5/16" gauges.
